How long does it take an order to be dispatched?

If an item is in stock we aim to dispatch within 3 working days. If an item, especially a ceramic item, is out of stock we can arrange for a special order. Please allow for up to 6 weeks for a special order.

Can I put my ceramic items in the dishwasher and microwave?

All our ceramic items are food, dishwasher and microwave safe.

My shipping charges are high - why is this?

Shipping charges are often determined by weight. Pottery especially can be heavy and large in size which may contribute to larger shipping costs. We do our best to outsource our heavy shipping order with a variety of couriers ranging from Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, Canada Post, Parcel Force and DPD. For regular items a fixed rate shipping charge will be determined at checkout.

Do you cover duties on International shipments?

Import duties and charges are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of their parcel.

An item has broken in shipment, what do I do?

Please take a photo of your broken item as soon as you open the package a long with all the packaging and email it through to us at youarefarm@gmail.com We will do our best to assess the situation and compensate you for the loss in damaged goods. Please be careful when handling broken glass or ceramic, it can be very sharp and have very fine dust. Please note - we are unable to provide a refund when a pot is reported broken after 2 days from receiving the package as we cannot be responsible for how the package is handled in the time after it has arrived with the recipient. We do our very best to package items carefully to enable a safe shipment.

I don't like my items, can I get a refund?

You are entitled to a refund up to 2 weeks from the date you received your items. For items returned after 2 weeks and up to 90 days a credit note for the full amount will be offered. After 90 days we cannot offer any more refund options. Refunds and credit notes do NOT apply to special or bespoke orders. I'm sorry we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on international shipments.

How can I pay for my order?

We support all major credit and debit cards (including Amex). We also accept online payments through PayPal. As we currently do not have a main shop base we can not accept payments in cash unless privately arranged.

I would like to redeem a voucher or gift card - where can I do this?

Please enter your Gift Card or Voucher code at checkout and your discount will be applied.

Do you offer a wedding registry service?

YES! We are still growing so we highly reccommend that if you would like to create a registry to do so with the gifting order deadline at least 3 months to go before your big day / your gift delivery date. Depending on the amount of items, we may need to add this to our making list and as everything is made by us in house we need time and care to do a good job and ensure everything runs on time. We currently don't have a registry system set up online but will do by January 2020. Email youarefarm@gmail.com for further information.
